Notarization Should Not Cost You a Day

For decades, having a document notarized in the Philippines meant printing it, finding a notary, queueing, and paying in cash — repeated for every signer. When the Supreme Court issued the Rules on Electronic Notarization in 2025, that stopped being the only option.

eNotary.com.ph exists to make the new rules usable by ordinary people: a plain interface, honest pricing, real identity checks, and a document you can verify long after the session ends.

We are built by Legaldex Technologies Inc., the Philippine legal-technology company behind Legaldex AI, based in Metro Manila.

Say what is true

We publish our accreditation status, our limits, and what we cannot notarize, before you spend anything.

Plain language

No legalese in the interface. If a step needs explaining, we explain it in one sentence.

Built for scrutiny

Identity checks, audit trails, and Court records are the product, not an afterthought.
